I would try to get a new home for the dog, asap. It isn’t fair to the cats, whose lives are currently filled with a ton of stress if they’re being chased around by a larger carnivore! Stress lowers the immune system and can lead to physical and behavioral problems in animals (as in, they may start ****** everywhere, etc).
The new pet should always be the one who gets rehomed, because at least they aren’t as established as the old pet and ESPECIALLY cats can’t handle losing their longtime territory most of the time.
If you have trouble finding a home, look at petfinder.com and search for rescues near you that are no-kill. Good luck, and please don’t even consider keeping a dog that is torturing your other pets.

Let them be with each other to a little longer see if they start likeing each other if not give the dog to a good family that wont abuse th dog.
